Garden Design
Whether your garden is to be a place to relax and enjoy nature, entertain family and friends or for the children to play there's no doubt that a well designed, built and maintained garden is a real investment. Not only will it bring hours of pleasure to its users for many years, but it also adds value to the property – at least 6% according to a National Association of Estate Agents survey.
Our garden design objective is always to listen to your specific needs and ideas and help you realise the true potential of your garden. The aim will then be to carefully integrate your house with the garden and blend the garden sympathetically into its surroundings.
Charges for the garden design service are bespoke. An estimate will be given after the Initial Visit. The quote will be dependent on the size, location and complexity of the site, but prices for the full garden design service can start from as little as £650 for a small garden.
Planting Design
Either as an addition to the full Garden Design Service or as a separate service.
With due consideration for your requirements Quercus Garden Design will assess existing planting and produce fully detailed planting plans. The planting plan will ensure the right plant is selected for the right place. It will show plant sizes, quantities and their exact position in the scheme.
Quercus can source plants at competitive prices and a planting service is available. A maintenance schedule can also be provided to accompany the planting plan if required.
Charges for these services are bespoke. An estimate may be given during the quotation stage.
Design Consultancy
The key role of the Garden Designer is to sort out problems in the garden. How do I screen that eyesore; deal with that slope; make the best of the aspect ? Quercus offers the Garden Design Consultancy Service to help you tackle these problems. So why not get some professional advice - it could help you avoid costly mistakes & won't break the bank.
This service is charged at Quercus Consultancy rate - currently £45 for the first hour & £35 / hour thereafter.
For the initial £45 fee we're happy to discuss all issues & problems with the garden & suggest possible solutions - in fact you're free to pick our brains on anything garden related for up to an hour !
